New digital client press packs ready for exhibition season

Here at Vantage we are getting our clients and ourselves ready for the busy period of exhibitions for all of our clients across a range of industries.

With a number of shows already completed this year and many more coming up, we have improved our strategy of communicating with the all-important press and journalists that visit the show with our new, compact digital press packs.

As part of our standard Exhibition Support package, these digital press packs form the key tool for getting a company’s products and stories into the relevant trade media.

With many years’ experience in B2B PR and media relations we have recognised the importance of making information as simple and accessible for an editor as possible, without creating any extra work for their busy schedule.

For this reason we have introduced new digital press packs in the form of USB sticks, ready loaded with all press information and high resolution images ready for extraction, so that no unnecessary typing of lengthy releases is necessary! Each USB stick is branded with both ours and our clients’ logos to remind the editor of the source should they ever need further information. The USBs are accompanied by a press information summary, and held in a clear A5 re-usable wallet.

Nick Brooks, Managing Director of Vantage PR commented, “Exhibitions are an exciting and important activity for our clients and their businesses and we fully support them in every way possible. During the exhibitions we liaise with various relevant publication editors and invite them to the stand to introduce them to the company and their latest products. We need to be in front of all editors that are there and that is why press packs, located both in the show’s press office and on-stand, are so essential.”

Our clients Bull Products, Wildlife World and Sentinel Systems are just a few that are exhibiting at events across the UK and even the USA over the coming months and all will be using our new digital press packs to secure forward media coverage.
